The days in Bulembu were absolutely astonishing… it is one of the most beautiful places, both spiritually and physically, I have ever seen.

There is a “Care Point” full of 30 kids, growing to 90 very soon that feeds, disciples, brings life to kids that have no fathers and the mothers go off to work every day and leave their 2 to 8 year olds to fend for themselves. Most of these homes have 9 to 11 year olds that are the bread winners, fathers/mothers, they are 100% responsible to take care of the family, mom and dad are dead and there is no where else to go. ABC, ( Abandon Baby Center) the couple that takes abandon babies told us of one mother that they watched walk into a house pregnant and came out, belly smaller and NO baby. They searched the house for four hours and finally found the baby, umbilical cord attached, buried in the back yard. She is 4 now and is part of a family and you would never know she was adopted! The promises over the children of Swazi are mind blowing!!

If a child makes it to 15 years old here they have a 6% chance of making it to the average life expectancy of 30. 60+% of the women here are HIV infected and the “cure” from AIDS for the men is to rape babies or old women, the belief is that the blood will heal them. The Witch doctors of this country have established blood sacrifice over every child that is born. We must confront the deception head on!

Claude and Mary have a “Care Point” of 125 children that you never want to leave; this couple adopted two Swazi girls. A baby that was left in the forest, umbilical cord attached, Claude found here in the hospital and they let them adopt her the very same week, a miracle. Their other 8 year old girl was burned from her shoulders to her knees, no body left, and her stomach grew into her knees, so she walked bent over. When Claude and Mary looked at her in the hospital when they were picking up their first baby, the Lord said, “You are responsible for this ones life as well”! She has received FREE surgery from one of the best surgeons in the world and is getting better by the day!!

We are off for a little down time on a safari, (we need it), I will update you again very soon…
