I want you to be encouraged today; God is a God of miracles and faithfulness. Here is the song He gave Moses in Deuteronomy 32 to sing and teach the Israelites so they would never forget:
“Let my teachings fall like rain and my words descend like dew, like showers on new grass, like abundant rain on tender plants. I will proclaim the name of the Lord. Oh, praise the greatness of our God! He is the rock, His works are perfect, and all His ways are just. A faithful God who does no wrong, upright and just is He.
They acted corruptly toward Him: to their shame they are no longer His children, but a warped and crooked generation. (Twisted in their own shame) Is this the way to repay the Lord, oh foolish and unwise people? Is He not your Father, your Creator, who made you and formed you? (He bought you for a price)
Remember the days of old; consider the generations long past. Ask your father and he will tell you, your elders and they will explain to you. (Re-dig the wells of revival)
For the Lords portion is His people, (We are his success) Jacob His allotted inheritance. In a desert land He found them, in a barren and howling waste.
He shielded them and cared for them; He guarded him as the apple of His eye!
Take to heart all the words I have solemnly declared to you this day, so that you may command your children to obey carefully all the words of this law. They are not just idle words for you – THEY ARE YOUR LIFE. By them you will live in the land you are crossing the Jordan to posses.”
Shout to the Lord today, you are the apple of His eye!
