Today, here’s more on the 42nd generation from Andrew Shearman: The children of Israel wandered in the wilderness. During that time, God suspended the 2nd law of thermodynamics
– the clothes on their backs didn’t wear out. They had manna to eat
and were led along by God’s presence in a cloud. They wanted for
nothing but they didn’t have their inheritance. They never crossed
over the Jordan. God may have gotten them out of the wilderness, but
he couldn’t get the wilderness out of them.
