Training Initiative - Swaziland,
is looking for those who know that they are leaders - who have had some college
experience or other training… yet, they still know there is still something
more! These are the types of world-changers we are looking for - entrepreneurial thinkers - those that dream
big and want to help others dream even bigger…

Every generation has a name: the Baby Boomers, Gen X,
and now the 42^nd generation. The 42^nd generation isn't
about age; it's about an attitude of heart. These are the radical leaders who
are going to change the world. They are ready to surrender their own lives in
order to make the people around them achieve their dreams. The 42^nd
generation will be change agents for the oppressed and will impart greatness to
their own generation…

Swaziland is a small country surrounded by South Africa and Mozambique. It has the highest rate
of HIV/AIDS in the world, at 46%. The average life expectancy is only 30 years
old. It is predicted that if Swaziland
continues at the rate that it is going today, the country will no longer exist
by the year 2057.

G42 is partnering with Institute of
Development Management (IDM) to be able to give participants an opportunity to
transition into training for the business world. IDM offers credited courses in
Business Management, General and Human Resource Management, Information Management,
Educational Management and Administration, Legal Services, Health Management,
and HIV/AIDS and Public Administration. Founded in 1974, IDM aims at being the
leading provider of high-quality innovative management and organizational
development in Swaziland, Botswana, and Lesotho.
